RETURNS: IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED, WE GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK. If you want to return the product for personal reasons (I do not like it, it is not the right gift, etc ...) we will be happy to make the return, as long as the item is in the original conditions at the time of sale, with original labels . However, shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Communicate the return through our email email@example.com and we will send a messenger to pick up the item. Once we receive the item and we check that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount of the product excluding shipping costs. Returns of textile items that have been used will not be accepted. If there is a fault of ours, we will refund the full amount, without additional costs. CHANGES: Send us your wish to make a change by email email@example.com and we will send a messenger to pick up the item. Try sending it with the original packaging if it had it. In case the product is of the same amount, you must pay only the shipping costs. In case the product is lower price still applying the shipping cost, we will refund the difference. In case the price of the replacement product is higher, you would pay the shipping cost, and the price difference between the products. No changes or refunds will be accepted once 14 days have passed since the receipt of the purchase.
